Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: 

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is received by us, most order will be shipped out within 2-5  business days. If your order contains refrigerated or frozen goods your order may be delayed. Perishable items are send out using 1-3 day service depending on the item and destination. If the order will not delivered by Friday of the same week, your order will be held until the following Monday to preserve freshness and quality. This avoids your goods sitting in an un-refrigerated carrier warehouse sorting center over the weekend. We will always try to send you the item you ordered, in the event that the item is not in stock at the time, we will send you a very similar substation, if a similar one is unavailable we will issue you a refund for that specific item and ship out the remainder of your order minus the refunded item.

Orders are shipped out daily, Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Depending on the stock of the items on your order the processing time to ship out your order can be anywhere from 2 days at the earliest and up-to 20 days if the item needs to be restocked. We are always actively working on having your order shipped out as soon as possible. As soon as the stock arrives and the order ships out, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Depending on the stock of the item(s) on your order, you order could be delayed in order to be able to fulfill your order in full. Depending on the item availability at the time, some items on your order may be substituted for a comparable item that is of equivalent size, and ingredients, or it could be refunded or shipped out in a separate package.

ORDER CANCELATIONS and MODIFICATIONS:

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us right away! Please keep in mind that order cancelation requests are not guaranteed depending on the status of your order or items. We will always try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to in certain instances. 

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your order at the time of cancellation if you request to cancel or modify your order before the 5 business day lead processing time has elapsed. 

Once your order is placed, we are unable to: remove items, add items, or add and replace discount codes. If you wish to remove an item we will have to cancel the entire order if we are able which will charge you a 25% restocking fee. If you wish to add another item, you will need to place a separate order as we are unable to modify and combine orders. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We recommend always shipping to your home or business address, rather than a post office box. Most shipping carriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, and our standard shipping can be either UPS or USPS depending on the items you purchase. Additionally, if the package cannot fit into your PO Box and you are unable to pick up the parcel within the open hours of the post office, your goods may spoil if they are perishable and not refrigerated. Any orders shipped to a PO Box with a shipping method that is NOT USPS will be rejected and not delivered, and you will be responsible for return fees as well as the original shipping cost. We will not be able to refund on any perishable goods returned due to being sent to a PO Box with the incorrect service. FedEx, UPS, DHL must delivered to a residential or business address, no PO Box addresses.

Depending on the contents of your order, you may receive your order in multiple packages and multiple carriers.

Shipping Destinations

Contiguous United States: All items on our website can be shipped within the 48 adjoining states.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands & Other U.S. territories: All of our food items cannot be shipped to these locations at this time. If your shopping cart contains any these items will be prompted to be removed from your shopping cart. All other home good items can be shipped.

 

 

SHIPPING COST/FEES:

We've negotiated the best possible discounts among our shipping carriers so we can make transporting your vegan goods as economical as possible. Our shipping is based on total order weight and cubic volume, as bags of chips take up a lot of room, and so it goes by tiers. The shipping starts out at $5.15 for the cheaper tier that is under 1lb, then goes up with each weight bracket. So depending on what items you have in your cart the shipping cost can vary. IF you have several heavy items such as canned goods, or items in glass that weight more it would be on the higher side, but if you have lower weight items such as maybe tea, and meal pouches, it would weight significantly less.

When you get to the "Shipping" portion of the checkout process the shipping charges will load based on items you have in your cart. That is the most accurate way to determine shipping cost. 

DELIVERY PROBLEMS:

Incorrect Delivery Address:

We highly recommend that you double check that you have entered the correct address at checkout, and check your emailed order confirmation that is sent after your order is placed for good measure. We do not hold responsibility for orders that are sent to incorrect or old addresses, we recommend that you take the time to verify your shipping information to arrange proper delivery. Your billing and shipping address information will always be displayed during checkout on our website, we ask that you patiently take a moment to view both addresses and ensure that they are current and correct to avoid any shipping delays, lost package or unfortunate circumstance. If an order has been delivered to an incorrect or old address, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to contact the shipper to recover the package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee package recovery as often times, such orders are taken by other people and cannot be recovered, and we will not be able to issue any sort of refund for any such lost shipments pertaining to an incorrect or old address. A re-shipment of such orders will be at the full cost of replacement items and shipping to the original buyer, Pantryway will not be responsible for any of these charges.

Generally, packages that are returned back to the sender are subject to a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. This applies to, but is not limited to, the following instances: The address was incorrectly inputted when the order was placed. The recipient refused delivery. The recipient refused to pick up the package. The address is deemed invalid by the carrier. In cases where you believe the carrier mistakenly failed to deliver the package, we will file a claim with the carrier. Your cooperation is expected on this claim. Failure to cooperate may lead to denial of the claim and ineligibility for a refund.



Delivery Delay:

All of our packages are shipped without signature required upon delivery. If you received a notice that the package was not delivered due to needing a signature, this is as a result of the carrier. It is the delivery drivers responsibility to determine if a package can be left without a signature upon reaching its destination.

In the event that a delivery driver leaves a note regarding needing a signature or needing special delivery options, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to make arrangements for re-delivery or pickup of the package. PantryWay is not responsible for failed delivery attempts during the times you are not home, and should the parcel be returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts you as the buyer will have the option of paying for new transportation/shipping charges to resend the package out to you or the option of a partial refund. The refund will not contain the initial shipping charges as shipping is non-refundable once transit has been fulfilled. The refund will only contain the charges paid for non-perishable goods minus a 25% restocking fee. Any perishable products contained in the returned box due to the failed delivery attempts will be discarded which will void any refund or replacement eligibility.
